Phil was amazing! He took on a job that a member of staff at another Timpson store refused to do - fixing a broken buckle on a leather bag and exceeded my expectations with the repair job! He was extremely courteous when I called in and presented him with the broken bag, and then, after asking me to return in a week, painstakingly repaired it, taking 3 attempts to remove a screw so that the part would not need to be replaced. Cannot thank him enough. What an example in expert and kind customer service. Give him a medal!

Visited the Cross Street shop today whilst in Manchester. I wanted a friends birthday present personalising with engraving, I wasn't sure if it could be done but Phil did a fantastic job and was so helpful I decided to have 2 keys cut while I was there too. Professional and great customer service

Brilliant service and very friendly, helpful staff. I recently took my watch in as it was regularly stopping and asked for a new battery. When I returned to collect it the assistant told me the battery was actually fine, but he'd cleaned the workings of the watch and repressurised it, and wouldn't charge me. Since then it's been perfect, and what brilliant honesty and decency from the guy who served me. Prices for the likes of key cutting, shoe repairs and watch batteries are all perfectly reasonable, and workmanship is great. Highly recommended.

Just had my watch battery replaced here. £14 and I can take the watch in to any Timpsons and get the battery replaced for the REST OF MY LIFE! As always the chap who works there was great - customer service second to none. He even set my watch to the correct time, and set the chronograph to show the correct day and date (which is a real pain to do on this watch). Cannot recommend highly enough!

Quite expensive, requested an invoice for the service, (18 pounds for 3 normal keys), was refused, they don't provide invoice, what for me is outrageous, no price table for locksmith or keys copies.
